Sylva's Operating Principles doc, to be used in conjunction with Sylva's values.

This is the travel policy for Sylva - it includes guidance on expenses, hotel and flight travel rules, etc.

Sylva is proud to offer an inclusive Paid Parental Leave Policy in order to provide employees who are expanding their families the opportunity to do so.

We have an unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy and require that each employee take at least 2 weeks (10 business days) off per year.

This policy contains Sylva's Information Security & Computer Systems policy, including our Social Media Policy.

Given the nature of Sylva’s business, many Sylva employees will be classified as “exempt” employees.

Sylva aims to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for its employees, taking care that employees are not exposed to reasonably foreseeable hazards created by their at-home environment that the employer knew or should have known about.
